All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit and debit cards. Your card will be billed in New Zealand dollars powered by Shopify Payments.
Any information you provide to THAT LITTLE SHOP via our website is kept entirely confidential for your own personal security and reassurance. We will never keep any records of your credit card information.
Pay By Laybuy (online only)
We are now accepting payment through the LAYBUY platform. LAYBUY lets you spread your purchase over 6 interest free payments and receive your order straight away. To use LAYBUY:
- Simply select Pay by Laybuy at checkout.
- Returning customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.
- New customers can sign up at checkout and start using Laybuy today.
- Your order is processed immediately and your payment schedule is established.
- Only a sixth is due today and the rest is split over 5 weekly automatic payments on the day of the original purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees will be incurred for each payment that is late.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
If your item is faulty, please contact us email@example.com as soon as you discover the fault so that we may assess the situation. Once we have received the item we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for or exchange earrings.
We take great care to ensure your purchases arrive safely and use a variety of courier services to ship our products.
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receiving your item, including a photo if the fault is visible (it may be necessary for the item to be returned for assessment - if this is the case we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from a place that is convenient for you). If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge.
Layby (in store)
Traditional layby is available in store. Our layby deposit is 25% on in stock items and 50% on pre orders (or by arrangement). Layby must be paid in full within 6 weeks (or by arrangement). A $20 cancellation admin fee will apply to any cancelled layby. No layby available on sale items or promotional deals.
We offer pre-orders on selected items which are in significant demand or limited release, a pre-ordered item will be described as such at the top of the product description along with an expected date. Please note that these dates can change. When ordering additional items with a pre-ordered item, your order will be sent once all items are in stock. We charge a flat rate fee of $5 for an additional non pre-order item to be sent ahead of the full order. A cancellation admin fee of $20 applies to all cancelled pre-orders.
All payments are processed using Paypal Express for its online credit card transactions. You can help protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
Your privacy is important to us, so we guarantee that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties If you send us an e-mail we will store your e-mail address and the contents of the e-mail. This information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. When we offer contests and promotions, customers who choose to enter are asked to provide personal information. This information may then her used to notify the winners, or to fulfil promotional obligations.
